6. Product Sourcing and Fulfillment

  • We are not responsible for product quality, defects, or supplier reliability
  • You are responsible for verifying product information before listing
  • Shipping times and costs are estimates and may vary
  • We are not liable for shipping delays or lost packages beyond our control

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by GoCarty and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Manila, Philippines.
